Welcome to the homepages of Buskerud Slektshistorielag (= Buskerud Genealogical Society)!

The main intentions with our homepages are:

1. We wish to inform about who we are, what we are doing and how we can be contacted.

2. We wish to make visible or most of all make available transcribed records from our area. This because we want to avoid the same records being transcribed again and again, because someone are not aware of it being transcribed already.

Before you look at which records we have, it may be wise to read what's written about GDS to get more background information about the transcription of the church records.
